Today I Found Forgiveness

The power of love can heal us. "If you cant love yourself, you can't love anyone."Knowing your true self and your own heart is the first step of self love. What do I love? What makes me happy? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? Why do I do things that I do? Is there someone I need to forgive? Forgiveness is a powerful act that is just as much internal as it is external. We must look deep within our hearts and let go of hurt and anger before can start to really forgive. When we can be honest and love ourselves just the way we are we don't need to look for love, all of love we need and give is right here inside our hearts

Tips: Lie on your back. Firmly press your feet against the floor. Press your hands against the floor at the level of your ears. Push with your hands and feet lifting your pelvis and thighs. Move some of the weight on your hands. Put you left foot in the center and lift your right leg. Straighten your right leg. Let your head hang freely.
